Closed-Loop
Due to regulations, we operate a Closed Loop policy at Space Casino. This means that we send your withdrawals back to the payment method used for your deposits.
However, where there have been more than One payment method used on the account, we will endeavour where possible to send any withdrawals back to those methods which have the greatest Positive Net Deposit. Meaning where a payment method has received less withdrawals than deposits made, we will look to close that loop by sending funds to that method as a priority to leave the Net Deposit at Zero.
The Net Deposit figure is calculated per individual payment method used on the account, as Total Deposits - Total Withdrawals = Net Deposit.
If your Deposits are greater than your Withdrawals on a specific method, your Net Deposit is Positive and has not yet closed the loop.
If your Deposits are less than your Withdrawals, your Net Deposit is Negative and the payment method has a closed loop.
We prioritise closing loops on payment methods with the greatest Positive Net Deposit first.
Below you will find an example of a 900 EUR withdrawal request and how these funds would be distributed:

*Greatest Net Deposit first, until all loops are closed for payment methods used in the last Six Months.
Any remaining funds from the withdrawal request would go to the payment method used for the most recent relevant deposit.
Where all payment methods have a Negative Net Deposit, the withdrawal will be sent to the depositing method from which the winnings were generated.
